my favourite summer vacation apps

And finally, my 1st post!! :D 
At first, I thought I should write about my favourite app or e-shop, but my summer mini getaway begins in 3 days, so I came up with a more relevant theme: my tech vacation essentials!

iPhone and iPad are my everywhere accessories but applications are what make them useful. So, I made a list of my favourite apps for summer holidays.

1. Foursquare
When in doubt which place to visit, just tap Foursquare and find out what's nearby and read tips from other users who have already gone there. 
Hint: Find the specialite of the restaurant, the must have cocktail in the bar, etc.

2. Instagram 
Summer holidays is all about relaxing and taking photos, so Instagram is what you need to capture the moment and make it special with a filter, just one tap away!

3. Lens+
I'ts like Instagram for videos. I like it because it's so easy to use it. Just choose a filter and press record. Then, you can instantly upload it on youtube or facebook. 

4. Kindle
Since I got my iPad (actually I won it! xD), I buy only e-books. So Amazon's Kindle app is essential for travelling and taking with you all your favourite books. You can use it also through your smartphone but you'll better enjoy it in a tablet. 

5. Newsstand
Apple's Newsstand is like Kindle but for your magazines and newspapers. It organises all your favourite magazines in one place and you can also subscribe to them. 
Hint: You should definitely subscribe to Elle UK
